6% Iron EDDHA Chelate is a water soluble, dark red microgranular form of iron EDDHA to be used for the correction of iron deficiency in crops by means of soil application.
6% Iron EDDHA Chelate may be used at anytime, but spring applications before the flush of growth, or around planting time are particularly recommended in order to provide the iron at the time when the plants’ needs are the greatest.
Its usage increases quality and quantity of crops and plants
For wheat and rice dose per acre will be 6 kg/acre
Use at sowing or at the preparation of soil or with initial irrigation.
Use as broadcast or flood irrigation.
Carbohydrate, protein, and chlorophyll formation is significantly reduced in zinc-deficient plants. Therefore, a constant and continuous supply of zinc is needed for optimum growth and maximum yield.
Zn application improves seed germination, plant water relations, cell membrane stability, osmolyte accumulation, stomatal regulation, water use efficiency and photosynthesis, thus resulting in significantly better plant performance.
Zn interacts with plant hormones, increases the expression of stress proteins and stimulates the antioxidant enzymes for counteracting drought effects.
